Due to a recent surge in maintenance plan uptake, we want to clarify our service offerings to ensure all clients receive the best possible support.

Our maintenance service specifically covers server management, WordPress core updates, plugin updates, database optimisation and general day-to-day monitoring to keep your website secure and up-to-date.

For specific website changes, troubleshooting/questions, custom functionality issues, or to implement new features on your website, these fall under our web development service. Our billing structure is:

  • Tasks under 30 minutes: £25.00 + VAT
  • Tasks over 30 minutes: £50.00 + VAT per hour (rounded to the nearest hour)

We appreciate your understanding, as this clarification helps us maintain our high standard of service for all clients.

Database & File Optimisation
We optimise your database and compress media files, including automatic image optimisation, to keep your website running at peak performance. This ensures fast load times and a better user experience across all pages.
Premium Plugin Licencing
We've amassed a suite of premium plugins worth over £10,000. These professional tools provide advanced features and functionality that would otherwise require individual subscriptions or large custom development fees.
Daily Backups
Your entire website is automatically backed up daily and stored securely off-site. This means your business is protected against any unexpected issues, with quick restoration available if ever needed.
Legal Policies & Cookie Consent
We maintain and update your website's privacy policies and cookie consent systems to ensure ongoing compliance with current regulations such as GDPR.

  • Clients on a hosting plan do not qualify for support.
  • Clients on a hosting and maintenance plan receive 30 minutes of support time each calendar month for any type of request, free of charge. This could include content updates, troubleshooting, or general support queries.
  • Clients on a fully managed plan receive one hour of support time each calendar month for any type of request, free of charge. This could include content updates, troubleshooting, or general support queries.

If a task requires more than the allotted free time outlined above, you'll only be invoiced for the additional time:

  • Tasks under 30 minutes: £25.00 + VAT
  • Tasks over 30 minutes: £50.00 + VAT per hour (rounded to the nearest hour)

Please note: All support requests must be submitted through our ticketing portal to ensure efficient handling and tracking. We cannot provide support via email.
